Evil Twin Plot Summary:

Lan Anh - the main character, Ho Quynh Huong - a ghost and mutant monster, Duy - Lan Anh's husband and a stranger - Ho Quynh Huong's brother, they are employees of Py King Corporation, a robot manufacturing corporation in the United States. Py King Corporation has almost changed since one of their explorers found an ancient tomb similar to that of the ancient Mayans, after excavating, this explorer's group found a large cave with supernatural phenomena, time in the cave is very slow while outside is very fast, 1 hour in the cave corresponds to 1 year outside, and they brought out a sphere with a diameter of 11 meters - this is actually a sphere that holds an ancient monster that does not exist on Earth. However, the sphere has no energy, and the sphere cannot be destroyed by any weapon or device known to humans. They recharged its energy and the monster awakened, however, to truly escape, the outsiders had to put a complete organism into the sphere - something that could not be found and could only be achieved by genetically modifying the surrounding organisms on Earth. The purpose of this was for the monster to fuse with that complete living body to use as a residence because it had long since lost its physical body to survive. Therefore, it convinced and brainwashed the scientists to carry out the plot on its behalf, and it provided a type of slime to use for research and transformation. Scientists set the name for the monster 'Evil Twin'.

Lan Anh's group secretly discovered during their work that Ho Quynh Huong was perfectly suitable to be a sacrifice for the monster. But they hid it from her because they were all close friends, they secretly followed her and still used her DNA to study her reaction to the mucus from the 'Evil Twin'. And things didn't go so smoothly when both Ho Quynh Huong and Lan Anh loved Duy, Duy had been Lan Anh's lover since earlier. Duy and Lan Anh got married and they got pregnant, because they were in the same research group, all four of them bought a villa together near a forest in Taiwan and secretly researched. They lived there together, and Lan Anh and Huong kept arguing with each other. Huong secretly aborted Lan Anh's pregnancy, and after a while, Huong also secretly told Lan Anh about it. Because she couldn't bear the truth, Lan Anh took the risk of pushing Huong down the stairs to get revenge during an argument. Of course, Huong lost her life, at that time Duy also witnessed the incident, they looked at each other helplessly and decided to use the serum of the monster 'Evil Twin' to save Huong but as a result, Huong became a deformed monster. Huong chased Lan Anh and tried to infect Lan Anh with the serum, but surprisingly, Lan Anh after being transformed could freely return to her normal human form. The four of them realized how special Lan Anh was, Lan Anh was actually more suitable to merge with monsters. While chasing Lan Anh, Duy called Py King's army to capture Huong. After that Duy and Lan Anh quickly decided to leave that forest to hide in Vietnam and rented a small apartment together. But the fourth character, Huong's brother, was determined to avenge Huong, he hit Lan Anh with a car and caused her to have an accident and temporarily lose her memory. After returning home, she faced the strange supernatural phenomena that Huong's brother caused her. He captured Duy and used Duy to lure Lan Anh back to the villa in the forest in Taiwan. Taking advantage of that moment, he gradually brought her closer to the monster. And that was the end of Evil Twin part one.
